Polypore updates

Kittery Point was beautiful, getting there felt like island hopping. It took us 3 hours to get there. I’m going to sound spoiled but it was BRUTAL waking up at 8a.m on a Saturday morning! Our hosts were wonderful people and I had the pleasure to meet award winning writer, Joyce Tracksler. The house was right by the ocean and had a pretty nautical theme going on, much like my office villa in Vietnam (courtesy of a French Captain)!
Anyhoo my role in the movie is tiny, I play the daughter of the Japanese scientist, Dr.Mobuko. The story takes place in Japan, Spain and the U.S. The last scene I was shot in was at the Butterfly Conservatory in Western Mass and embarrassingly enough, one of the stills from that shoot made it to the business cards for the film (which I’m going to hand out next weekend in Manhattan). I look very grudge-like. Its going to be weird passing out cards with my face on it. The cast that were shot yesterday today were hilarious and there was a lot of yelling, conversing and cursing in multiple languages which I loved. I was the only amateur there (I’m an actress by default) so shooting for me was mad awkward, don’t expect too much out my debut lol. Oh and I have a few lines, a lot of sad eyes… you’ll have to see for yourself when it is released =). Production is wrapping up soon so watch out for updates as Polypore is to be ready by this year. So excited to see it all come together!!
